Ross is a former Royal Logistic Corps Supply Chain Manager with 22 years service. He has been a veteran for 4 years and is the founder of the Garrison Group of veteran companies.
Chris Kelshaw
Director
Chris Kelshaw is a former REME Sergeant having served for over 14 years as an electrical technician. He has worked on a wide array of electrical equipment, weapons, both heavy and light armoured vehicles during numerous operational tours. After departing from the Army in 2018, Chris worked in the Medical Manufacturing industry. At home in Swansea, he lives with his wife, and their two daughters.
Paul Smith
Director
Paul Smith is a former RAF serviceman with over thirteen years’ service between 1987 – 2001. As our most experienced veteran he brings a wealth of knowledge from other service-related charities and associations and has a background in construction, catering and facilities management.
Kevin Foley
Non-Executive Director
Kevin Foley is our non-executive, non-veteran board member. Kevin has been involved with numerous charity organisations and is acting as non-executive director and chairman. He has a long and impressive career at Admiral UK and is head of Development for digital operations. He is married with children and a keen sportsman from the Swansea area.
